A simple written rule gives your team a shared starting point. It does not need to be long. One page is enough to begin.
What to do
- List the AI tools your team is allowed to use.
- List what must never be entered into them.
- Say which outputs need a human review and who does it.
- Say who to ask when something is unclear, and review the rule every few months.
An example
A ten-person company writes five bullets, posts them in the shared channel, and reviews them each quarter.

For small labels: Write a one-page AI rule for your team.
For water-bottle labels: A short, plain rule beats no rule. Say which tools are approved, what never goes in, and who reviews what.
