T-009 · Human review

A person reads it before it is sent or published

AI output can be wrong, off-tone or out of date. A human check before anything leaves your organization keeps your name attached to work you stand behind.

What to do

  1. Decide which outputs always need a human read: customer emails, public posts, proposals, invoices.
  2. Read the whole thing, not just the start.
  3. Check facts, tone, and anything that commits your company to something.
  4. The person who sends it owns it.

An example

An AI-drafted reply promises a delivery date the team cannot meet. A quick read catches it before the customer sees it.

Label copy

For small labels: A person reads it before it goes out.

For water-bottle labels: AI can draft. A person decides. Anything sent to a customer or published under your name gets read by a human first.
